The 2010 Winter Olympics are organized by the Vancouver Organizing Committee (VANOC) and are held February 12-28, 2010 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Over 80 nations and 2,500 athletes are expected to participate in the following disciplines: Alpine skiing, Curling, Luge, Ski jumping, Biathlon, Figure skating, Nordic combined, Snowboarding, Bobsleigh, Freestyle skiing, Short track speed skating, Speed skating, Cross-country skiing, Ice hockey, Skeleton.
