Ten Things I Hate About You is a new family-oriented program from ABC Family. People enjoy the humor, the drama and the questions that every teenager faces about boyfriends, popularity, first kisses, and making the right choices. This program is excellent for families with teenagers who are experiencing the challenges all teenagers face on their journey to adulthood.

Ten Things I Hate About You, based on the hit movie of the same name, is a wonderful look at teenage life through the eyes of two sisters, (Meaghan Jette Martin) and Kat (Lindsey Shaw). Bianca epitomizes the teenager who wishes to be popular without compromising too much of her values. She confronts a lot of pettiness from The Other girls hoping to win a place in their clique. Kat is critical of her sister and the phoniness she views from other teenagers and refuses to compromise to be accepted by her peers. Although their dad sees Kat as the mature sister, the one who can be trusted, she is the one that pushes the limit many times.

Rounding out the cast in Ten Things I Hate About You is an overbearing father that goes to extremes to protect his daughters, but is oblivious to some of the drama in his daughters’ lives. Ten Things I Hate About You also has two young men, Cameron (Nicholas Braun) who has this deep crush on Bianca and Patrick (Ethan Peck) who has been pursuing Kat. Ten Things I Hate About You has compelling characters and stories to keep everyone entertained and eager to see what will happen next.
