My Own Worst Enemy is a television drama that brought the well known 90s star
Christian Slater back to public recognition after a long period out of everybody's sight. Universal Media Studios produced My Own Worst Enemy which follows the life of a secret agent called Edward Albright and his alias called Henry Spivey, both interpreted by
Christian Slater. Albright is completely unaware of his double life. The secret agent has a chip implanted in his brain so those who are handling him can physically swap one personality to
The Other without leaving a trace.
My Own Worst Enemy however presents the viewers with a problem. In the very beginning of the story, a malfunction causes the chip implanted to switch personalities at random and because of that, one gets to know about
The Other without having real means to communicate with each other. All they may use are short and almost useless phone video messaging. This causes a tension in the show because both characters have to live each other's life without truly knowing how to do so, finding themselves in odd and dangerous situations throughout the series.
