Sony HDR-TG3e iMovie 08 Large import edit
This movie is a brief demonstration of footage coming from a Sony HDR-TG3e (TG1 in regions other than Europe) then imported in iMovie 08 using the 'large' setting. iMovie 08 by default suggests to import 1080i video downscaled to 960x540 as apparently it won't be different. The footage has then be exported from iMovie 08 in accordance with the Vimeo suggestion and rescaled to 720p prior to the upload. I will upload the true 1080i version as well so that you can make up your own mind.
