The Vice President is joined by Chair of the Council on Environmental Quality Nancy Sutley, Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan, and Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration Karen Mills, to discuss the Reports proposals as well as the plans for implementation of the Reports recommendations.
