Cauliflower Gratin with Nutmeg
Viviane creates a fabulously delicious gratin... First she braises the cauliflower with shallots and wine, then makes a silk smooth bechamel with lots of nutmeg and finally assembles the gratin with some cave-aged gruyere sprinkled on top. It's perfect for the winter months. Serve it as a side vegetable or as a light meal with a crisp green salad.
