John M. Slopis, M.D., M.P.H. Medical Director Neurofibromatosis Clinic Associate Professor, Pediatric Neurology, M.D. Anderson Cancer Clinic Dr. Slopis is a pediatric neurologist whose clinical interests include the mechanisms of epilepsy, and the use of magnetic resonance imaging to study the metabolisms of the human brain. He is also an expert on neurofibromatosis, and has been extensively quoted by several Houston medical journalists. Dr. Slopis has served as director of the Texas Neurofibromatosis Clinic at M.D. Anderson since 1993.
