HHO Amp Controller using an RC speed Controller
Before i bought my high power supply, i had a fixed 24v 14A power supply. so to regulate the voltage to the cell i used my old 75A RC boat speed controller. I have seen in other vids that people are buying these PWM circuits, which some are not cheap at all. however using this method for testing you can simply go down to your local hobby store and pick up any brushed motor speed controller that will handle the amps you need.
