It is a great family oriented community that was built by Shea Homes and Standard Pacific in 2000-2002. The community is anchored by a huge greenbelt in the center of the neighborhood. You will often see Neely Common residents walking around the trails in the mornings and see children playing sports in the evenings. Homes in Neely Commons range from around 1,400 square feet to over 2,800. At the northern border of the community is a desirable shopping complex anchored by Alberson's.
