Folks in Jacksonville FL having a casual conversation in VHF 2 meters. This is an ARES SKYWARN repeater. Unfortunately one of the guys transmission wasn’t making to week into the repeater (fading signal) so it was hard to understand what he was saying. Otherwise, the repeater signal coming into the scanner was excellent as you can tell by the full 5 signal bars. This is a BCD966T scanner. Posted on MindSay Blog mind7.mindsay.com ...
