first video of my new hv30 rig sorry to say this video is pretty boreing, i held the rig attached to the rails and walked around my backyard attempting to rack focus while moving/walking.. w/ no sound ( only using the hv30s small lcd to monitor the filming - so some of it is off - i might look for a way to attach my 720p monitor to the rig so as to have razor sharp focus in the future) pulldown was removed on the fly with cineform hdv and then convrted to 720p for vimeo upload. Now this is my first attempt at 24p or ntsc footage for that matter so i hope it tunred out ok. all that was done in regards to camera setting were : 24p,cinemode and i white ballanced the camera prior to shooting. ( not sure if cinemode keeps the shuter at 1/48 but it came out ok - for my eyes anyway ). focusing was all done via the letus 35 using the follow focus. lens used was a nikon 50mm f1.4 lens @ f4. regards Marty.
