10-15 minutes of our favorite moments from our visit to Walt Disney World - Wanyama Safari during our Honeymoon on April 28th-May 3rd, 2008. The Wanyama Safari is only available to guests of the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's about a 3 hour event with tours inside of each of the lodge's 3 savannas followed by a great dinner at Jiko. We highly recommend this to anyone visiting there and it's one of our best memories at Disney World. To go on the Wanyama Safari you need to be a guest of the Animal Kingdom Lodge and book in advance by calling the Resort Concierge Itinerary Planning Office at (407) 938-4755. The video is a little rough in spots. It was shot standing in the back of a sometimes moving truck. I tried to use the top of the cab as a makeshift tripod as much as possible, but it wasn't always available. Shot with the Sony HDR-SR12 in full auto.
