iReport — It rains once a year, maybe, in Egypt. Today, during a Halloween Parade at Cairo American College, a school for westerners grade Kindergarten thru 12th, it drizzled for about 5 minutes. The school track got covered with raindrops and students covered their heads with whatever they had. For some students it was only the second time they had ever seen rain fall in Egypt. (soundbite)
