The "Today" show gang went intergalactic as the characters of 'Star Wars,' with Matt playing the role of Luke Skywalker and Meredith Vieira as Princess Leia. "Matt was going to be Princess Leia and I was gonna be Luke at the last minute," Meredith tells ET's Mark Steines. "But they couldn't make it happen."
