Lopez Tonight is a late night talk show hosted by Hispanic comedian George Lopez, and airs on TBS superstation. The show is based on Lopez's brand of comedy, which has gained it a consistent fan base which continues to grow.

The show is coarse in nature and has a six piece format, much like Johnny Carson, beginning with a monologue by Lopez followed by a sketch. Lopez Tonight features celebrity interviews and musical performances, and sometimes even includes other comedic appearances.

Lopez Tonight features some well known recurring sketches such as Bullet Wound or Not a Bullet Wound, Creepy Little White Girl, The Jersey Shore Presents, Twitter Q&A's, WWE Superstars Karoake and Justin Bieber's Memories.
George Lopez is known as the first ever Hispanic American to be a late night talk show host, and kicked off his first episode with Kobe Bryant, Eva Longoria, and Carlos Santana as a music guest.
