The FOX television series Traffic Light focuses on the lives of three 30-something year olds and their lives surrounding family obligations, relationships, friendships, and the struggles that tend to get in
The Way. Ethan, who is played by British actor
Kris Marshall, enjoy's being a bachelor and spending his "romantic" time with whatever woman happens to come his way; Adam, played by
Nelson Franklin, is trying to adjust to life after moving in with his girlfriend (Ava Cash); and Mike, the most romantically stable of the three, played by Dave Denman (formally of The Office), is married to Lisa (played by
Liza Lapira of Cloverfield and 21) and has a son.
Traffic Light, which premiered in early 2011, is based on a Israeli television show named Razmor (which translates to "Traffic Light" in English). The show is created and co-produced by
Adir Miller, who also created Razmor, and Bob Fischer, whose credits include the screenplay to the hit film Wedding Crashers. The single camera show was placed following Raising Hope on FOX's Tuesday night schedule during it's original 11 episode run, though it is currently on hiatus. Traffic Light is currently on fence for renewal for season two.
